CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens, and I will try to be as accommodating as possible. I DO have a wait-list of clients, but short-notice missed appointments prevent me from filling these slots in a timely manner. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, I will be unable to complete the appointment and any prepays or deposits are forfeit. Booking fees(deposits) will be refunded if cancellation is BEFORE 48 hours. Rescheduling has no penalty, and any booking fees (deposits)will transfer one time. Cancelling within 24 hours forfeits any booking fees, if no booking fees were paid, a flat fee of $20 must be paid before booking future appointments. No call, no shows result in the forfeit of any booking fees paid along with 50% of the total appointment service cost before being able to re-book future appointments.
